Eastern vegetable curry: Vegetables(green peas, potato, carrot, cauliflower) - 500g. Tomato sliced -2nos. Bog onion sliced - 2nos. Green chili minced - 3 nos. Milk of half coconut. Refined vegetable oil 3tbsp. Eastern vegetable masala 30g. Mustard, curry leaves. Salt and water- as required. Preparation method: cook the vegetables. Heat oil, crackle mustard saute curry leaves and onion till turns brown. Add tomato and saute a little while longer. Add eastern vegetable masala and stir well. Add cooked vegetables and sufficient water and boil. When the gruel is nearly dry, add coconut milk and stir well. Remove from fire before boiling and serve hot.
