The HT-228 has programmable heat settings which allow you to adjust the level of heat. It also has a thermostat which you can programmed to gauge when the room is at your desired temperature. If you want to warm up a room quickly the high temperature is the best option. However, if it’s not too cold or you aren’t in a rush to warm the space, you could put on minimum and heat more steadily.
