Store Camembert Grand Terroir in its original packaging or wrap it loosely in wax paper at a temperature between 1.7 to 7.2 degrees Celsius and at 80% humidity to keep the cheese fresh and prevent it from spoiling. Avoid using plastic wrap as it can trap moisture and promote mold growth. Do not store it in the coldest part of the refrigerator, such as the back of the bottom shelf, as it may freeze and affect the texture.
