Cooking Guidelines
USING KASIH LIQUID JAMEED IN A RECIPE: 1. Cook the meal/chicken with water, bay leaves, onion, and cardamom if desired. 2.Remove the meat/chicken from the broth after it's well cooked and add to every one liter of the meat stock one kilogram of Kasih Liquid Jameed. 3. Use a spoon to scoop all the components of the liquid Jameed from the pack. 4. Heat the stock with Kasih Liquid Jameed for 30 minutes or until it comes to a boil while stirring then add the meat to the ready Jameed mixture. 5. Serve the Jameed mixture with rice and bread, then garnish it with nuts.
Storage Condition
Keep Kasih Liquid Jameed Kasih in a cool dry place away from sunlight and direct heat sources. You can keep unused quantity of liquified Jameed in a tightly-sealed jar and freeze it.
