Cooking Guidelines

Make an easy recipe of Chickpea Hummus, Beetroot and Grana Padano with Crispy Bread. In a blender, blend all together the chickpeas, chopped beetroot, lemon juice, tahini sauce, Grana Padano and a spoon full of olive oil. Blend everything until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream. Add a little warm water if necessary. Cut the bread into slices and toast it in the oven. Serve the hummus with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of grated Grana Padano.
